moment of creation. It grants the creator exclusive rights to reproduce and distribute
images and imposes substantial fines on those who violate a copyright.

and making information available to potential customers. As a user of our web site,
Thigpen Photography, Inc. grants you permission to download the images displayed for the
purpose of viewing them on your computer screen with a web browser as we have displayed
them within the pages on our site.
